The name Aarshubh carries the spirit of an intentional beginning, that deliberate moment when an organisation chooses to look clearly at where it is, and evinces the will to shape what comes next. Not by chance. Not by drift. By decision. And from that decision, emerges the clarity of what to preserve, what to evolve, and what to leave behind. That is the moment I work in.

As a Pracademic, stepping into the classroom from time to time, bringing a practitioner's lens to the next generation of leaders, letting academia sharpen the practice in return. Proud to be associated with IIM Mumbai as empaneled faculty, currently co-evolving with IIM Indore on what this partnership can become, building on some truly enriching and energetic sessions I have just done with our future leaders at SPJIMR. The evolution has just begun. Am enjoying the immersion.
